Mr. Roddy Lau is a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, a Certified Chinese Internal Auditor, a Certified ESG Strategist, a Chartered Tax Advisers, a fellow member of the Association of International Accountants and a fellow member of the Taxation Institute of Hong Kong. He is also the Vice President of the Association of Chinese Internal Auditors. Currently responsible for the finance and internal audit work of small and medium-sized enterprises and listed companies.

Roddy is an experienced financial executive specializing in the financial services sector. He has over 24 years of experience in securities firms of Chinese state-owned enterprises (CSOEs).

• Lead the finance department to maintain accounting records to meet statutory requirements
• Enforce financial compliance under the Financial Resources Rules Chapter 571N
• Provide advice to management on liquidity to meet financial resource rules requirements
• Participate in financial due diligence during company acquisitions, restructuring and listing
• Improving business processes through automation and digital transformation
• Overseeing the group's tax affairs
