The speaker has previously served as an enforcement officer at the Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC) in Hong Kong, responsible for investigating corruption, protecting witnesses, undercover operations, intelligence, and internal investigations. After leaving the government, he held senior positions in two major multinational companies in the U.S., Dow Chemical and Oracle, overseeing the Asia-Pacific region. He later served as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and consultant, providing professional services to various business functions. Currently, Kris is a private consultant and a crisis response advisor for S-RM, a company headquartered in London.
