Important Notes:

(2) Participants must attend the entire Zoom class in order to receive the CPT certificate after the course. 

(3) Participants who have registered for the CPT certificate are required to keep their camera turned on throughout the session, and their face must be clearly visible to facilitate identity verification. 

(4) Leaving the Zoom class for more than 15 minutes will result in not receiving the CPT certificate. 

(5) Participants must complete the evaluation form during the class in order to receive the CPT or CPD certificate, and the evaluation form can only be completed during the class.

(6) The paid Webinar fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. 

(7) The certificate will be emailed out one month after the completion of the course. 

(8) With your consent or no objection, the personal data collected (e.g. name, contact details) will be retained for future use as a communication or event promotion.

(2) 參加者必須參與整個Zoom課堂方可於課後獲發CPT證書  。

(3) 已登記需要取得CPT證書的參與者請全程打開攝像鏡頭，並需清楚看到參加者本人樣貌，以便核查您的身分。 

(4) 離開Zoom課堂超過15分鐘不會獲得CPT證書 。

(5) 參加者必須於課堂上填寫評估表才可以獲得CPD/CPT證書，評估表只可以於課堂上完成，不設後補。

(6) 已繳付的Zoom課堂費用不可退還，不可轉讓 。

(7) 證書將於完成課程一個月後，透過電子郵件發出 。 

(8) 所收集的個人資料(如姓名、聯絡方式)將被保留作日後通訊或活動推廣之用。
