Barry Chin is the founder and partner of Chin & Associates. Barry obtained his law degree in England, and he was admitted to the roll of solicitors of the High Court in Hong Kong in 1998 and has been in private practice ever since.

For the past 20 years, Barry has extensive experience advising clients on all aspects of commercial litigation and dispute resolution, and represents clients across a broad range of general corporate and commercial matters.
